Can't save...

Recently upgraded to Windows 7 (On a second hard drive) and moved my folders over. Now when I try to save on a memory card, it shows it being saved, then I'll come back later and there will be nothing on the card. I can use save states, but I'm the "Save often and in many different files" type, especially when there is a cool movie following the save.

I went and checked the folder and it was archived as read only, which I changed, with no avail.
