Is Tomb Raider 1 compatible with xpsxe?

I can get to the menu screen, but playing the actual game causes it to freeze. I'm also getting sound skipping issues.

Also how do you get a custom shader to work? I created a shaders folder in epsxe and browsed for the shader in the video options, but it doesn't seem to work. The shader is the Simonetoon shader.

Windows 7 Professional 64bit

congratulations, you either downloaded a bad rip, or have a disk thats so ****ed up, you will never get a good dump out of it.

Tried what was suggested in that forum but no good. Seems the problem is that there is no Bin and Cue file, just a single image file.

Stop downloading wared games then. Tomb raider requires a near perfect rip, and Bin/Cue, is as bad as an image file alone.
