Screen Tearing - TV output

I want to use the fullscreen output setting to my SDTV, but I get screen tearing no matter what I do.

No screen tearing occurs in fullscreen mode on my monitor. Screen tearing also doesn't happen in widowed mode on both my monitor or my TV. I only get tearing when I try to output in fullscreen on my TV.

I've tried changing the FPS limit and the frame skip settings, but that doesn't seem to help. I can't seem to get rid of it in fullscreen mode on my TV.

Any suggestions?
