Having trouble getting full screen

The first time I downloaded the ePSXe emulator and started playing games on it with 800 X 600, I've actually got a complete full screen. Now today, I something just changed without my concent. The screen isn't a full sceen anymore and instead, I've got a screen at the left bottom corner of the screen and everything else outside the left bottom box is just complete black. I've tried every combination and different ways to fix it and I still don't. When I change it to a bigger screen, the bottom part of the screen is cut off and there is just a huge portion on the top screen is left black

Have you changed anything between it working fine and now (like video drivers, a new monitor)? What plug-in are you using? How is it configured? It doesn't help if you don't list your configuration (hardware, plug-ins, and configuration for the plug-ins).
