ePSXe video plugins

When I start ePSXe and select "run ISO", it says "epsxe is not completely configured go to config- video to configure it" I have downloaded the video plugins and put them in the plugins folder, but when I click on config>video and select the drop-down menu, there is nothing there. How can I fix this?

edit the "target" field in the shortcut's properties menu so that it points directly to the executable and also make sure the "start in" field is looking in the correct directory it is stored in on your hard drive. you could also just right-click the executable and choose to make a new shortcut of it that will be placed onto your desktop, doing it this way should create a shortcut with the proper entry already filled out.
