GPU not registering in ePSXe Delta2

I have Delta2 V2.01 for configuring ePSXe. I have the bios and all other configurations set up except for the GPU. I initially downloaded the PEOpS GPU, and extracted it into the "plugins," but it wouldn't show up in the GPU dropdown box in Delta. I looked around for possible solutions to the problem, and tried updating my video card driver, which didn't work, so I eventually just downloaded another GPU: Pete's software GPU. This still didn't work, and I've tried looking everywhere for a solution. Any suggestions?

I have a 2gHz processor and an Intel 4 series express chipset family graphics card in a brand new laptop if that helps.

I tried reading through the 5 or so relevant FAQs on the site, as well as doing several searches, and couldn't find anything. Maybe you could post a link to the specific FAQ you're talking about?
