Going back to a previous disc on Legend of Dragoon

I am using ePSXe and I am on the third disc and I wish to go back to disc 1 and disc 2. When I go into the areas that requires the disc the game asks for those discs and I put them into my computer. The CD loads but the game never notices the disc is there at all. What do I need to do? Thanks.

I use Pete's OpenGL Driver 2.9, SPU Core 1.7.0

To swap discs do as fellow :
1- while the game asks for the disk, hit/push ESC button on your keyboard.

2- Now the emulation is paused, and you're in the emu's main menu.

3- Go to : File/change disc/ CDROM and click.

There you go ^_^
