Looking for hex editor(s) compatible with epsxe (v160)

I'm looking for a hex editor compatible with epsxe so as to finding out where in pc mem the playstation memory is emulated at via/thru epsxe

The one the apparently comes with PEC only seems to work with bleem/vgs (which don't work with my version of win xp)

I would also like to know what values to look for (w/i the hex editor) so as to finding out where playstation memory is emulaed via/thru epsxe in pc memory

i.e location zero, location 0x01000000, 0x02000000 etc

Any help is greatly apprec.
