how do i use pec with epsxe were do i put pec wat do i do ?

Haven't used PEC for a while... As far as I remember, put PEC-plugin for the graphics. Then open PEC and choose the cheats you wish to use. PEC is easier to use without Frontends. I haven't even tried it with Delta.
