Analog sticks

I have got a gamepad that resembles a PS2 pad and i normally play it on epsxe but for some reason I cant seem to get the analog sticks to work on any game, I have tried the -analog command thingy and I have played around with the controller config allot and still no avail can anyone help me out?

PS: my controller has Force Feedback if that helps

In "config controller":
-Have you put the controls to "the digital/analog"?
You can also press F5 during game For switching between "Digital" and "Digital/analog"
-Have you configured the analog sticks?

P.S:The fact your controller support Force Feedback is not a problem.

Okay, I've pretty much got the same problem. I have an XBOX controller (usb) with XBCD 1.07 drivers. I can change the epsxe joypad analog settings, however, the analog sticks do not work in any games. I have tried pressing F5 multiple times and the sticks definitely work with other games. Any help?

Thanks.

Not entirely, from what I understand. The source code for the "real" 1.6.0 was lost, and an older revision of 1.5.2. was released which is now known as 1.6.0. All of the neat fixes they had for 1.6.0 were lost, yes, but they can be added to a future version, that is, if there ever is one.

whew.. well, i hope they think about making a new release because it would be a shame to leave it as its nearly able to emulate all PS games.

Yeah, I wish they would. This month is the third anniversary of releasing 1.6.0. It would be really amazing if they started working on it again. Oh well, pretty much all we can do is dream like that.
