Final Fantasy VIII - Black Screen
Hi,
When I attempt to load the game I just get a black screen and nothing happens. I've read the FAQ but don't know what else to try. It's an NTSC game so there's no need for a ppf patch. Run Bios works fine. I've set up the config according to Kane's guide for FFVIII. My specs are: Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.53GHz 512 MB RAM NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440 Does anyone know how to fix this? |

You made the other thread about the same game but on different emulator...
Do you want to get this working on ePSXe or pSX?

it does that when no cd is inserted, so in other words see if you can change your cd rom drive prefs
also does that when using winiso to make a image, because it doesnt make the image correctly, so i use alcohol 120% and finally it happened to me when i tried a game, i just changed the cd plugin back to the epsxe one
