Need help Adjusting Settings

I was looking at the screenshots on the site, and they look amazing, in Xenogears the sprites are so smooth and sharp.. all the surroundings look better than they do even on the playstation. I want my games to look like that, i've been messing around trying a whole bunch of plugins and I just can't get mine to look as good as that. The graphics aren't terrible, but they make my head hurt, makes me dizzy. I guess if I had to give out a game I wanted to look the best, it'd be: Atlantis The lost tales (E) If your not familiar with this game it's a fully 3D game with a first person view, with pretty good graphics, it reminds me of Myst or something of that nature. If you don't want to think about that game, let's try Xenogears then. My specs are an AMD athlon 64 3800+ 2.4 ghz. A integrated NVIDIA GeForce 6150, and also an integrated sound card. 1 gig of ram. Any way to make this look as awesome as the screen shots?

try using OGL2 with the "nice" preset---mess with texture filtering and go from there. shaders are also an option, but i dont know how well they'll run with a 6150

You probably set the paths wrong or selected a wrong shaders, just go trough this guide and you should be fine.

excellent that guide is helpful. I think i'll downoad all those shaders. What do you think would be the shader setting to make xenogears look better than the playstation, or just as good?

sorry for the double post, but I downloaded that driver update on the guide you posted. for GeForce FX 5200 and above video cards. I have an integrated NVIDIA GEFORCE 6150 LE. I was wondering.. I thought at first I could install those drivers, but I don't know if that would be compatible.. anyone know??

I don't think my shaders are working at all. I made a shaders sub directory in the EPSXE main folder. And I just threw all my shader zips in there. I unzipped all of them into new folders. I don't know how to make them work.. I read the guide and everything, but it's not doing anything. Am I suppose to unpack all the files into the shaders sub directory, and not split them up into their seperate folders? I tried to do it that way but it kept making me overwrite files, so I just created new folders. Can anyone help me make this work??

You make a shaders folder in the plugins folder, then unzip the files into that folder.

Should I put them all in one big folder, or unzip them into sub directories? If i put them all in one big folder it always makes me overwrite files.. I read that i'm suppose to make a shaders folder in the ESPXE directory, not the plugin sub directory.
What about these questions too

Uh... you repeated some things even 4 times.
Make a folder called shaders somwhere (the best would be in ePSXe root folder) and make a subfolders with
shader files inside (every shader have the files that are named the same).
Now if you want to use a Natural shader just browse to your Natural shader subfolder
and select a shader effect of right type (ARB or GLSlang files).

About drivers: Just download the latest nVidia drivers and install them, that should be fine.

Hmm, that's what i was trying the whole time but I didn't notice anything, now I finally tried the rotate shader cuz then i'd know for sure, and it worked. The shaders must not really do much, cuz I couldn't tell any difference till now. Oh also, I downloaded the Guest Shaders pack you know?? And it has like 20 folders in there with all these different shaders. But it also has a bunch of loose files in there also not in folders, about 30 of those. The problem is though, that some of the subdirectories are empty, for example the storybook shader folder, I open that and it has no files in it at all. How did that happen? And about the drivers, you must realize your talking to an idiot. I mentioned my graphics card above, an integrated GeForce 6150 Le. i went to their website and I couldn't find any driver downloads for that card at all. I don't know if there is a universal download for all the cards or what, so i'm lost.
