A UKer playing the NTSC version?

Well, computer monitors do not discriminate between PAL and NTSC users. For same resolution, NTSC framerate is 20% higher so its all good. :guitar:

Inside ePSXe's (the program) inside CONFIG -> SOUND, activate XA decoding reading or else, well you know no XA sound, and RE3 dialogs are XA

It's not that, it's the implication of using a NTSC version in PAL territories.

Well, to counter this problem, using Eternal SPU,
set to SPUasync, Smooth with a buffer of 32.
