Controller now working in BIOS

Yo... I been usin' ePSXe for a while. Anyway, My controller works with all the games, but when I run the BIOS, after the booting screen, my controller does not seem to respond to anything... Anyone know why this is or how to fix it?

Which bios ? ePSXe 1.5.2 or 1.6 ? Anyway if you have no issue with your games, don't care about it ;-)

Version 1.6, SCPH1001 Bios. I dont mind that much, its just that my "Virtual" Memory card is full and I want to delete some saves. or make it bigger, if that is possible.
