Take a look in the epsxe plugin directory, you may have extracted it with the paths (so it has come in a should-not-exist-sub-folder in the plugins folder)

Ok I don't see a epsxe plugin directory in the epsxe. Only thing I see about plugins there is that by adding it to my plugin folder it should show up automatically in my ePSXe.

Anyone have any help on this? Its really frustrating and I have no idea how to fix it or even work it. Or can point me to a proper walkthrough. I don't understand how I can get this to work. I've searched every where amongst the forums and it seems im doing everythign right. I downloaded the gpupete video plugins and when I extracted the files I had them extract into the plugin in folder yet there the ones that don't sure up in the config! This is extremely frustrating.

when you extract it, the folder structure should be created, do you have the plugins/bios/etc folders?

well anyway, try a different emulator like PSXeven, SSSPSX, or PCSX.

that error shows up if there's no BIOS....are you sure you selected it correctly and you actually have a working BIOS.

otherwise, PSXeven is really simple. did you try SSSPSX and PCSX?

When I open up PSXeven I get the starting window for it plus a black dos looking window that says debug. Im pretty sure that my bios work but not 100% sure sense ive yet to get a working emulator. Is there any ones that don't require all these plugins?

Yes, use pSX 1.5 if you want PSX emu which doesn't use plugins.

Awsome that emulator works. However the game I want to play on it (The legend of dragoon) didn't work so I have to find another download of it haha. But at least this rom works, ill try different games with it and test it.

I suggest that you buy the game, ngemu does not support piracy

that's right. not only is it illegal, but downloaded games have been known to have lots of problems (this has been repeatedly proven over and over). try them at your own risk, and when it doesnt work, dont come crying to us for support because you'll get none.
