Same exact problem, it's not showing up in the plugin list? Are you sure you're moving the right file into the right folder...?

I'm supposed to move "pec.dll" into the "Plugins" folder within my ePSXe directory. I did that. And the "pec" plugin still isn't showing up. :\ And I'm almost certain that I'm doing it correctly. Unless there's files.. missing... |

pec.dll is for Bleem/VGS, it says that on the download page. The file that should be in your ePSXe plugins folder is gpupec.dll. I just installed PEC right now, if you tell the setup where your ePSXe plugins directory is, it automatically places the dll there and it sets up ePSXe. Maybe reinstall it?
