Duke Nukem: Total Meltdown

Can anyone see the menu when they play? I can't: I haven't tried just hitting x a few times to see if it plays, might do that sometime. The video's work fine tho, it's just after the core, the menu doesn't show (you can hear sfx's).
Tried different Video plugs and BIOSES, nada
(note that this is the ntsc version)

On a side note, has anyone heard of this game, let alone have it?

So, anyone think this is fixable or know a work-around?
Still haven't checked gameplay, ugh been too busy
