Try running epsxe with the "-noauto" command.

Problem!
I'm having problems with ePSXe 1.60 and 1.52: I'm playing the game and I get to the point where you must use the Astral Amulet on Opassa Beach to go back to Another World, just after you've finished the Hydra Marshes and try to go back to save Kid. The emulator displays the following error message and then crashes. I've tried it over and over again, with and without the "-noauto" in the command line, and each time it crashes there.
In 1.52, the error is: SPEC Opcode 28 UNK (PC 000dba54) (000dba00) (70251,137) While in 1.60, it's this instead: SPEC Opcode 28 UNK (PC 000dba54) (000dba00) (69610,86) Anyone know how to fix this problem? Also the different frames (in-game) all appear uncolored and just white... |
