Re: Micro Machines and ....

woooooah, you gotta upgrade your drivers. pete's plugins are at 1.74 right now.

try also using Eternal lite 1.41, and Sapu's CDR plugin if you are runnng off CDs.

im assuming you are in a PAL area if your FPS limit is at 50, correct? if you are in NTSC make sure to put it at 60

Re: Micro Machines and ....

cheers for the response hushy

I tend to keep using epsxe 1.52 rather than 1.6 at the minute but I do have the current drivers for that and get the same faults with micromachines and the others with that.

I will try the plugins you recommend above thanks.

I did know to limit the fps as I loaded apocalypse once and they game played like it had drank some happy juice or something.

Anyway another to add to the working list is circuit breakers and it's add-on disc as I have just played that.

Re: Micro Machines and ....

ok well make sure about the current drivers....honestly thats a very important part. you dont need to worry about using 1.5.2, a few things were fixed in 1.6.0 but nothing you need to worry about, i think....

by the way: put it on Auto frame limit. you never really answered my question about PAL or NTSC, but with Auto it will decide for you

Re: Micro Machines and ....

I would suggest to use 1.6, but its up to you. its pretty similar to the older version.....and yes, you should be fine now, assuming that your computer is fast enough, which im guessing it is.

Re: Micro Machines and ....

why would it be a pad problem?

did you check special game fixes? or a software plugin?
