The best Set-up?

I was wondering what the best/ideal setup is for these emulators (I use ePSXe mostly).
What is the best GFX board to get for the money?
Would a G-force 2 with 64m or 32m be good with out spending a lot of money?

And what about the processor?
I have a AMD 700, would a 1ghz really make a difference if I have a good GFX board?

any advice would be appreciated!
