Recommended Config for my ePSXe

Im just trying to get Megaman Legends working for my epsxe. Right when i start the game, the opening movie and cutscene are perfect. When i enter gameplay, The game starts to skip, in the dialogue and when moving. I cant play like this.

Also, right now, im using
Video- Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.9
Sound- ePSXe SPU core 1.7.0. (I tried eternal, and it was choppier)


The game im using is an Iso, but it can be mounted as a disk anyway, i find that it wont even start if i mount it and run it as a Cdrom. So Iso's the way to go. Its Megaman Legends by the way.

Any help would be great.
