Unhappy Ishin no Arashi, Get stuck in the title screen...

Dear all nice to meet you here, and I am new to this forum
Recently I got a game call "Ishin no Arashi" made by KOEI, it's a japan historic game

When I run the ISO, it runs smoothly in the title and the beginning Movie. However, when the title screen "Press Start Button" appears, it fails to enter the game anymore...

Has anyone here ever played in by ePSXe or other Emus?
Please hellllllp

You could try another emulator like pSX or Xebra (Xebra might be more compatible with japanese games as author seems to test the games from that region).

Thanks for reminding me the attach feature. I am new to here, thus everything I know is not so clear.
I have already checked an article in this forum about how to operate Xebra.
and the game (Ishin no Arashi) runs greatly and smoothly under Xebra.

However, what troubles me after this is "why should it be difficult to save/load state in Xebra"
