Final Fantasy IX movie problem...

I have a prob, my movies aren't showed "whole" they are shown until a (I forget the word...:PPP) specific spot and then they are cut/stopped and the game continious,happens in all the movie clips...
Any help will be apreciated.

Which game?

There is a thing in VGS where at the beginning and end of every FMV the bar on the top flickers but you said your FMVs get cut-off...
