Controller problem with Vagrant Story, tried F4, didn't work.

Some reason the game will only the up, up-right, and right on my directional pad on my Sidewinder Gamepad. The other games I've tried worked fine. Any solution? Other than using keyboard?

Well I have a sidewinder, and have no problems with it. Even playing Vagrant Story. If I were you go check out your configurations from your control panel, or ePSXe emulator controller section, if those don't work for you, try reloading the sidewinder program again. Hope that works.

You know just in case. In the ePSXe menu go to the "options" and uncheck "SIO irq always enabled (F4)". For me when that's checked it doesn't make my sidewinder work for some reason:confused: !!!!!

Also make sure that you have the lastest drivers downloaded for your Sidewinder. This helps, in a vast majority of the cases, to get things working correctly.

goto the start menu and click on start, settings, controller, and check your sidewinder....properties......make sure it is working correctly......and everythings else everyone said...works fine for me........
