When I use ePSXe, it plays the games 10 times faster than it would play on playstation (like playing a game at warp speed). Does any one know what the problem could be?

Yeah... we should trade computers... yours is too fast and should be considered dangerous! I'll give you mine; it's already been tamed!

No, seriously... depending on what GPU plugin you use (Pete OGL/D3D/Soft, Lewpy, or whatever) you have to enable the frame limiter. Set it to 60fps for NTSC games, and 50fps for PAL games. Read the documentation of the plugin you're using to see how to do this. Or alternatively, use the search function on the forum.
