OS change and iso playability

I recently changed my OS from Win95-->Win98.

Before, I could play Vagrant Story without a hitch.

Now, it seems the games locks up.

ISO image of game
600 Mhz pentium II processor
same setting in ePSXe as before using OpenGL, Pete (NVidia Card)

Anyone got a clue?

What plugins? Did youinstall over the top or onto a bank HDD?
