Whats new with ePSXe? The last version I used was v1.2 (I think)

Where did the compatability list go?

Did the save states ever get fixed?

Is it still necessary to tap F4 (IRQ enable) to get the controls to work in some games?

1) If you mean the "temp" memcard problem, Yes.
2) For some games it's still necessary.

Version 1.2 was better in some ways though...

mdec features? eh? or are you refering to it missing from the menu to enable/disable mdecs? as for compatability, everything fine/better here.

1.2 is better in some ways to 1.4, but overall.... 1.4 is better..
