Music DeSync's in ePSXe! Any clues?
Using the ePSXe SPU and trying FF2 chronicles for example, everything is great until I enter a fight when in the sound goes slower and faster and slower and faster. It is quite nosiating, of course sometimes for a second or two it is at the right speed but its like as if the Audio lags when theire's action.
Can anyone recommend a SPU that might work including settings (or so I know what to play with to make it work) or ways of setting the Spu's I already have (ones that come with epsxe, only 2nd one works and its ok in FMV but REALLY incredibly fast in game. Thank you for your time |

I think epsxe is trying to access or load the battles when you run into a battle.. That is why there is weird slowdowns like that before battles.. To fix it, just run the game as an iso.. "run iso" option in epsxe...
www.goldenhawk.com has a program(cdrwin) which can make iso's of your games..
