FFIX Excalibur II
I have ePSXe 1.4 (with Pete's Open GL 1.51) running FFIX UK PAL (IsoBuster + Hooligan patch).
Can I skip FMV's to get Excalibur II as on a real PS1? Or... Is there any way of slowing the FFIX clock in ePSXe to achieve the same result? Many thanks for your help, turing Last edited by turing; August 29th, 2001 at 11:32. |

Well you could skip the fmvs by disabling mdecs in epsxecutor. However that cause the game to crash. but its worth a try

Betamax: thanks. I should try that.
kingking 3rd: even if I could find GS codes for FFIX UK PAL (post URLs if you have them), there is the over-riding objective of the GAME. Sorry I didn't spell it out in my original post - "I want to retain the GAME" The challenge of getting Excalibur II does not exist if you can just change the clock to whatever you want. Is there a real expert on this board? |
