Pete's GPU and framerates

Pete, thanks for partially fixing the problem I mentioned in this thread Of course my crappy Via board is on the list too, so no wonder I've been having these problems. Fortunately the jerkiness is gone now (which was my main concern), only the actual counter still drops out every 2 secs or so. No big deal to me though, as long as gameplay is smooth. And it is.... So thanks again and keep it up.

Great news

Don't worry because the displayed fps is still jumping, but the frame limitiation is now working: the function which is calculating the displayed fps hasn't that special chipset fix yet, only the limitation func... so the fps display will still act weird, even if the limitation is fine now... I will fix that in my next version
