WIPEOUT help

Can anyone play Wipeout (the original one, eg NOT wipeout 2 or wipeout 3)
in ePSXe?

When i try to play it, the sky keeps disappearing, but the main problem is it speeds up and then slows down erratically making it virtually impossible to play.

Any suggestions for help......
either a) tweaking ePSXe?
b) Running Wipeout in another emulator? ( i have not tired Adri yet)

Also if any plugin authors or programmers of ePSXe are reading this......try and get hold of WIPEOUT and test it and please try to make it work perfectly!!

Wipeout is an all time classic palystation game and i want to play it....

Does setting a frame rate limit in your GPU Plugin (I use 65 fps) help?
