use isobuster or some burning related software to dump an image to your harddrive. you can run the image from the "run iso" command in the gui.
you can also use daemon tools to load the image onto a virtual cd drive if you wish..

use cdrwin and copy an image of FF9 disks to your hardrive and then just use the run iso option in epsxe..... Remember, one disk need about 500 to 700 megs so make sure you got the space......
