Installed Force ASPI and re-installed ePSXe etc.

Trying to load my cdrom games ePSXe fails, but is ok with BIN's
I havent had this problem before, been running the emulator for about 3 months no probs. Tried all plugins and all setting I can think of : error is as follow :-

Internal ePSXe cd gives error:-
getting track info (error 129)

petes cdr latest gives error:-
init mci - mci error cant open

Well Im a loss cant seem to fix it, any gurru out there may be give me a clue.

Are you sure you configured you CDrom plugin well, you have to assign a drive in the plugin configuration AND in the CDrom config(both in ePSXe).
And WinME doesn't need ForceASPI.

Unhappy Petes Plugin

Well half the battle won. Configuring in both ePSXe and ePSXeCutor got the internal CDR plugin working, but petes plugin still comes up with the mci error.
seems I only got it after upgrading to 1.4 of ePSXe.
Tried the new version of Petes plugin today still has the mci fault.

Hope someone can help

You can delete the ePSXe strings loacated at Hkey_current user/software/ in the registry and try again...

Talking Got it!

Thanks folks for all your help.

ePSXe internal plugin was fixed by clearing the regestry entries.
Found out that with petes cdr pluging and the new version of ePSXe I can no longer use the use first drive option like I used too, had to actually set the cdrom letter. Never had to that before but all works well now.

Thanks Again
