I downloaded:

ePSXe V1.2.0.exe
ePSXe Cutor V1.0.2
ppf-o-matic.exe
some FF9patches for the german version which seem not to work with my images when I apply them with ppf-o-matic.
I own the german version of FF9 and I've made an Image of each CD with Nero Burning Rom.

so what's to do, now?

First download the latest version of ePSXe(1.4.0).
Then dowload CDRWIN:
www.goldenhawk.com
Cause you can only apply patches on images like the ones CDRWIN makes.

I does!

The graphics are alright, just the musics during the battles are a bit slow. I'm trying some differnet sound configs at the moment *hehe*.
