Unhappy FF7 and GT2 problems

ff7 runs but it runs extremely fast as in like fastforwarding of a video and gt2 doesn't run at all.
I'm using Pete's D3D driver 1.51, Null2's Audio Driver 1.3, the default cdr driver and the SCPH1001.bin
could anyone help please?
oh and I'm using win2k

enable auto detection of framerate/frame skipp...in petes pluggin configuration.... enable either one of the cd rom options in epsxe for GT2.... I think it was accurate cd rom timing.....
