Valkyrie Profile ending

This is really turning me off. I reached the "A" ending and in the scene with Lucian and Claire, he says "Long time ago...." but there's no speech so the game won't continue.....Sometimes, the speech works and it contiues for two more sentences then it happens again. As u can see, this makes the ending un-viewable

I tried changing the gpu and spu plugins....nothing. I even played without sound.....Zip

PLEASE......help!!

Try using ePSXe 1.51, and SPU Eternal plugin 1.2, enable the fixes...then see what happens, or try using iso image if u r using cd

Have you tried older version and F4 key yet? I found that at some part of the game, you need to change to an older version to pass it, while others need the F4 key.

Try saving the game and then resetting epsxe and loading the game nomally. This has fixed random crashes/freezes for me with valkyrie (esp with long speech sections).

I could complete Valkyrie profile using just Eternal + Epsxe 1.51.

Peops 1.5, internal SPU. And yes, I'm using an ISO. For some reason, eternal skips alot of speech (the ending of the sentence) so I don't use it for this game. I'll try it again though.
