PS2 and ePSXe

Ok, ok I know its probably been discussed a billion times but I can't seem to find any previous posts on the matter since ePSXe version 1.5.1 came out.

So, I heard that this version could emulate PS2 games, is this correct, if so what is the name of the bios that is needed. I'm a complete PS emulator novice and searching for answers is getting me very confused.

Please help me... I really want to play Metal Gear Solid 2.

Some people are working on PS2 emulations, but you will eighter have to wait for a year or two or you buy a PS2, which seems to be the safe way. Actually, a PS2 can emulate a PS2 perfectly, as Pete pointed out on his site.

ePSXe doesn't run PS2 games, the only available PS2 emulator is PCSX2, which can't run comercial games yet.
