Time Crisis Project Titan problem

I just ran the game Time Crisis : Project titan and everything seems prefectly except the background music is totally missing... I just heard the sound but not music.

I am running the PAL version. I use epsxe 1.5.1, Pete OpenGL 1.6.1, Eternal SPU 1.20(enable all SPU IRQ related game fixes) and internal CDR plugin.

Also, I used mouse and keyboard to play this game and the mouse seems kinds laggy during the game, is there anyways to fix that problem?? I set it to digital/analog mouse.

Any idea??

noone knows this problem?? I am pretty sure someone play this game before...
I think there are some problem with the CDDA music
