Hi, I am new here and I need some help with the emulator.

Hi, when I try to run something it says (ePSXe is NOT completely configurated go to config->video to configure it). Please help. Also can somebody help me on finding a good website on downloading the scph1000.bin Thank you

Before you can start using ePSXe, you must first configure (set up) all your plugins. You do have all the plugins that you'll need, don't you? Make sure that the plugins are in the folder marked plugins then open up ePSXe and click on the different tabs marked video, sound, CD rom, bios, and controller. Select your plugins from the drop down menu and you should be set.
As for the bios, I can not and will not tell you exactally where to find one since that is illegal. But, if you go to www.google.com and do a search for PSX bios, you should come up w/plenty of sites that have them. Also, you mentioned the 1000.bin bios, well the reccomended bioses (by the ePSXe authors) are the 1001 (1st) and the 75.02 (2nd). Hope this helps and welcome to the boards.

Do as epsxe say, run epsxe and go to config menu to configure everything. By the way, asking for bios is prohibited in this board and may cause you to be banned. Try searching them yourself at google or any other search engine.
