What Plugins Are Out At the moment

is there any updates on the eturnal and whick is the best Spu out

Lot's of plugins. Eternal is still at 1.20. Other plugins of note: Pete's 1.60 GPU, Pete's 1.10 CDR, Nikk's NextGL 1.9

Pete's GPU Plugins vers 1.60, Sapu's CD driver, NextGL GPU vers 1.9, those are the versions I know of. I'm not sure which version Sapu's is but i think it is his first release.
If you mean has the Eternal SPU had any updates recently, no, it hasn't. As to which is the best SPU, the best 2 are considered to be the Eternal SPU and the INternal (bulit in) SPU that comes w/ePSXe. Both are excellent and handle most sound and voices perfectly.

well until now we got 1.6 on pete which is one of the great plugins out there if your using an agp card...

some says that lewpy's are better in vodoo

and in spu its eternal or iori's lite

NextGL is pretty good too! the only PSX GPU plugin with 2XSaI !

Pete's already release it gpu plugin ver 1.61 and and eternal are still ver 1.20. But i found that veritas spu plugin is much better (but it is a hack from eternal, sorry for that :P )
