Best GPU and SPU Plugin, and their config.

Can anyone tell me the generally best GPU and SPU Plugin, and the best way to configure them, considering compatibility, speed and quality?
Thanks!

This is what i tend to use for outputting to my tv.
I use a higher res (960x720 mainly) if Im playing on my monitor however try keeping to multiples of the psx ratio (320x240 generally) as it minimizes the stretching of the 2d.
I also use 4xFSAA with this and if im playing a mainly 2d game I also apply the screen smooting option if it doesnt slow it down too much.
btw get petes 1.60 plugin as 1.5 is a bit out of date...

[edit as for sound I use either eternal or the epsxe one as they seem to be better on different games]

Plugin: Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.1.60

Well, here goes a bit more detailed advice:
First use Pete's OGL plugin cause it's the best plugin for Nvidia cards.
Then use this configuration :

As for the SPU,well,Eternal SPU is the best on a quality POV,but the Internal one is the most compatible,so,it's up to you to choose(personnaly,I prefer quality over compatibility for sound,I only use the internal SPU for MGS).
If you choose Eternal SPU,use this config and the resulsts should be nice
