Listening to Music

Is it possible to listen to MP3s while playing? I don't wanna try it unless I know it works.

Sure you can multi-task and do whatever else you want while using epsxe. You just have to disable the music of epsxe which is in the sound menu

Just tried it. Switched the spu plugin to no sound and played a file in winamp. no probs.

It will work as long as your sound card supports DirectSound (but then every sound supports that nowadays. You can also have the game sounds playing as well as long as there is an option in the game itself to turn off the music. Or else it will sound wierd (having both your music and the game music playing at the same time).

hmmm, yeah it does work, but every now and then it does cause a tiny slow up that corrects itself within a few seconds.
