by lavos name, please heelp me!! i have problem with pec and chrono cross

well, i start the cheat program, load the cheats i want, send them into the plugin, load epsxe, load the game. i start the game, choose the name for serge and then... nothing. just bounce back into the control panel!!! pleease heeelp me if ya can. pleeese.

Try not using pec, That plugin has been known to cause some problems with that game. Expecially with the Movies.

Actually the new pec with bug fix didn't work 4 me. but the normal pec 2.1 worked fine

u talk about chrono cross? because i know those problem of pec 2.1 refer only to win95/98... and i don't recall those problems connect to chrono cross... oh!! and i use winXP and have the fixed pec

if youre playing chrono cross, why use cheats to get through it fast? why not just use new game +? i mean, if you wanted to, you could go straight to the final boss once you get to opassa beach.

gargar, why don't you head on over to www.emucheater.com ? This is the home page of PEC and it has FAQs, a messageboard, and lots more. Plus you can probably contact JNS (the Author) directly and he may be able to help you.

well, if you just want to see the FMV, you can download a program off of NgEmu.coms PSX MDec (aka FMV) players. The one I use is PsxMC 2.3cT.

Can you describe your problem a bit more ?

Because the new version use exactly the same code as v2.1 ... only the [pec]chu code was changed.

hmm u guys got killed by girai that many times? girai killed me once and i think dario killed me once too and thats about it... while im here, what exactly is the difference between new game plus and continue plus

Continue Plus just takes the statistical value from your old game (stats, money, items, elements) and adds it to a current continued game.

garai killed me about 10-15 times, then i put all black elemental people in my party and i whooped him really quick. dario didnt kill me at all, but he came really close. close like 2 members down, no revives, cures, ect, and only 5 hp on lynx left when i delivered the final blow.

Garai was pretty tough, although I didn't have as much trouble as others here. I was able to keep everyone alive, although I used up all cure spells. He killed me only once before I beat him. Another boss that I found really tough was Miguel, Leena's father. His lightsabre attack is so insanely powerful, especially against Lynx. FATE was also a challenge but Lavos was way too easy.

miguel was pretty tough, he got my characters down to 20 percent but thats about it... fate was easy though and lavos was definately easy, but terribly annoying if you wanted to pass the game the right way
