Is there any solution to the map problem in FF Tactics where the screen goes black?

IIRC, it will work in software mode, or with vRam primatives on and Framebuffer textures set to 0. (Confirmation on this would be appreciated.

Go into Special Game Fixes and turn on Framebuffer Read on Move and Framebuffer Read. That should fix it somewhat - you might get a bit of slowdown here and there though. It's up to you.

Yep, Vram Primitives does the trick. But you need a fast comp to use it efectively.
