Hi Dudes!
"The only reason to buy a PSX is R-Type Delta" - a friend told me some month before... well, I found epsxe, and so I donīt want to play in front of an ugly TV-Screen. And most of the stuff works VERY GOOD. (Thanx to anyone, who spends his/her time on this fab project; you are doing a fantastic job!!!) But (thereīs always a damn "but" ) I canīt get this Shooting-Baby to run!!! I heard, that thereīs a NTSC-Version out there, which is working with epsxe - but that doesnīt help me out, because mine is PAL. And it stops after the first Sony-Screen (when enabling acurate CD-ROM reading it does - otherwise I find myself at the well known PS-Intro-Screen...)So, if there are experts outside, which can help me with this little problem... give what you can, īcause you find me like this: and I want it like that: :rockets: Thanx to any help, Kungaan (Oh, old system: Duron 700, Matrox G400, 256MB RAM (now)) |

Have you tried the new subchannel support? PAL games are more often protected than thier NTSC counterparts. (I don't know about the spesifics of this game tho.

Hi experts!
I found a list out there, which tells me, that both (NTSC and PAL) versions are completely unprotected... so i donīt think that this subchannel-thing is a way to success... go on, dudes, give what u can... thx, Kungaan |

Here goes...
I don't use any special settings. Just the same I use for every other game.
ePSXe 1.5.1 BIOS - scph7502 Pete's D3D 1.58 - 1024x768x32, all setting on full Pete's Dsound - defaults Pete's CD-R WinXP SCSI thingy w/read ahead caching What video card do you have? becuase its usually a good idea to use nVIDIA/ATi cards for 3D. You should try the Soft GPU if you are having problens

damn noob?
I was wrong with: 1001 bios is the only way to get epsxe in mood?!? didnīt ever try another bios... (such a shame)
Due to a error in my brain, i didnīt yet get any GeForce... I use a damn old Matrox G400, which does the job (normally) with Peteīs fine DX6 D3D plug... and some softplugs work well also... so I have to start a fight with another bios... thx for the hint, Kungaan |
