Problems with Dino Crisis 1 (PAL)

I have two problems with Dino Crisis 1 (Pal) (Spanish):
- Sometimes, the voices are missing
- When i go to the Third Energy zone, the emu crashes with an error message (in the pic).

I tried tons of configurations, but nothing changes
