I'm this close to giving up!

I have had the biggest problems trying to config ePSXe to work correctly on my system! I have tweaked and retweaked everything in ePSXe but the plug-ins, no matter which one I use, never work right! I upgraded from Windows 98 SE to XP but found that CVGS doesn't work so I changed to ePSXe. I've spent many days trying to config it to work properly but it never has! Please help! My system is:

Windows XP Professional
DirectX 8.1
Intel Celeron 400 mHz
Intel 810 Chipset 32MB (OpenGL Supported) (Updated)
192 SDRAM
12 GB IBM Hard drive
8x4x32x HP CD-Writer 9100 series

Running ePSXe version 1.5.1.

I have problems with stuttering during FMV's, no sound during FMV's, high frame skipping, low frame skipping, very slow FPS, and all sorts of things! Please, if anyone can help me! Thanks in advance!

Search for a relevent thread next time. Your problems sound like a classic case of RTFM.
