Another problem w/ FF9

I got FF9 up and running really well, the only problem: In battles I cant see the menu that says attack, magic, or item.

The plugin im using- PEOPS. doesnt have an option for off screen drawing. Im so confused.

yeah, the new version of Epsxe. What do I do to change the off screen drawing settings?

He means the latest version of Peops. I think he is, I can't see such an option in my one either. Have you tried the other soft plugin and seen if it has the same problem ({e} something or other)

Use the direct 3D option for your video, i found that it works the best with FF9 (pete's Driver)

yeah, using 1.5, but I dont see a "of screen drawing" option

Yes, but I just suggested he didn't as he is usng a Kyro, and as I recall, Ninja had to run in software or have a load of glitches

try also using the v1.3 of pete's plugins ( software plugin v1.3 )

Kazzuya Software Driver 1.6 - try that one. I just tried it and menus are fine. Only trouble on mine is that it runs abit fast in battles but I didnt really dabble in too many options but the cut scenes seem ok and the text/menus etc seem ok. I didnt have volume on so i didnt check sound in comparison. Maybe a bit of fiddling will get speed down.
