Unhappy much ado about metal gear solid

ok im having trouble with metal gear solid....it does that loading thing where it shows the white background and the psx logo....and after that if just freezes on the black screen the the psx sign on it....and its a bin&cue file that i have.can someone pls help me?

Does the black logo look slightly corrupted? If so that means that the emu is unable to find the image file. Check that you have correctly entered the filename and that the image file is not corrupt.
