Too fast!

I only play 2 games (Chrono Cross and Spiderman) but they move way to fast! Then sometimes they run really slow. Can anyone help me get it to run at the right speed? Heres my system specs.

P3 1.2 ghz
128 ram
16 mb card
40 gb HD

Use an FPS limit, or at least try fooling around with the settings, you would probably see an FPS limit if you did. Finally, you should try searching for threads like this one before you post a new thread.

You need to check the fps limit in the menu options of pete´s plugins.

Download the newest version of Pete's plugins. Turn on smart garbage collection and set the frame limit to 60. That should get it running at fullscreen without slowing down or going too fast.

uncheck the "use PC fps calculation" in special game fix if you have it checked.
